Billing & Plans
Everything about plans, the free trial, changing plans, cancelling and refunds. You manage all of it from Billing in the dashboard.
Plans
Every plan includes every feature. The only difference is how many groups GroupCRM automates for you.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Groups |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $19/mo | $190/yr | 1 group |
| Pro | $29/mo | $290/yr | 3 groups |
| Unlimited | $49/mo | $490/yr | Unlimited groups |
Yearly billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
All plans include auto-approve and auto-decline, approval criteria and cross-group rules, welcome and decline messages, lead capture, Google Sheets, native email and CRM integrations, webhooks, and analytics.
Free trial
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access
- A card is required to start the trial
- Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing. Otherwise your plan starts automatically and your card is charged when the trial ends
- The trial is available once per account
The Billing page shows how many trial days you have left.
Money-back guarantee
GroupCRM has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, email support@groupcrm.co within 30 days of your first payment and ask for a refund.
Group limits
Your plan sets how many groups can run at once: 1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Unlimited.
- You can see all your admin groups on the My Groups page, but only as many as your plan allows are checked
- If you have more groups turned on than your plan allows (for example after a downgrade), GroupCRM only checks up to your limit. Turn off the groups you don't need so you control which ones run
- Groups set to Off in their settings don't count toward anything, because GroupCRM doesn't check them
Upgrade
On Billing, click Upgrade to move to a plan with more groups. You pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, and the new group limit applies right away.
The Upgrade button appears once your paid plan is active. During the trial, use View Plans on the Billing page.
Downgrade or switch billing period
Click Manage Payment & Invoices on the Billing page to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can change your plan, update your card and see your billing history.
Before downgrading, turn off any groups above the new plan's limit.
Cancel
- After the trial: on Billing, click Cancel Subscription. Your plan won't renew and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Until then you can click Resume subscription to undo the cancellation
- During the trial: click Manage Payment & Invoices and cancel in the Stripe billing portal before the trial ends. You won't be charged
When access ends, automation stops. You can choose a plan from the Billing page at any time to reactivate your account.
Invoices and payment methods
Click Manage Payment & Invoices on the Billing page to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can:
- Download invoices and receipts
- Update your card
- See upcoming charges
Failed payments
If a payment fails, access is suspended until the invoice is paid and automation stops. Billing shows a Payment required notice. Update your card in the billing portal and access is restored once the payment goes through.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under the 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@groupcrm.co from the email address on your GroupCRM account.
