Getting started
How do I get started?
Sign up at app.groupcrm.co with Facebook, install the Chrome extension, sync your groups, enable a group, and configure its settings. The whole setup takes about 10 minutes. See the Quickstart guide.
Do I need a credit card?
No. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.
What browsers are supported?
Google Chrome is required. The extension runs on Facebook to sync and process member requests. Other Chromium browsers may work but are not officially supported.
Do I log in with email or Facebook?
Facebook only. GroupCRM uses Facebook OAuth because it operates on Facebook on your behalf.
Extension & sync
Why isn't the extension detected?
Confirm it is installed and enabled in chrome://extensions, refresh the dashboard, and make sure you are using Chrome. See Chrome Extension.
Why aren't members syncing?
Verify the group is enabled, you are an admin on Facebook, Chrome is open, and you are logged into Facebook. Try Sync Groups again.
Do I need to keep Chrome open?
Yes. The extension only runs while Chrome is open and you are logged into Facebook.
Automation
How does auto-approve work?
Set criteria in a group's Settings → Autoapprove tab. GroupCRM evaluates each pending request against your rules and approves or declines automatically. See Auto-Approve Members.
Can I require an email before approving?
Yes. Enable Require email in the auto-approve settings. Only members who provide an email in their answers will be approved.
Do welcome messages send automatically?
Yes, if configured in the group's Settings → Autoresponder tab. See Welcome Messages.
Integrations
Can I export to Google Sheets?
Yes. Paste your sheet URL in a group's Settings → Setup tab. See Google Sheets.
Can I connect to Zapier or Make?
Yes, via webhooks. See Webhooks.

What plans are available?
Visit app.groupcrm.co/billing for current plans and pricing.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing in the dashboard and manage your subscription from there.
