HubSpot#
Approved members with an email are created as leads in your HubSpot CRM.
Setup#
- In HubSpot, go to Settings → Integrations → Private Apps
- Create a private app with crm.objects.contacts.write scope
- Copy the Access token (
pat-...) - In GroupCRM → Integrations, click Connect on HubSpot
- Paste the token and click Test connection
- Choose events (recommended: Member Approved)
- Click Save connection
What gets synced#

Existing contacts with the same email are treated as success (no duplicate error).
Troubleshooting#
- 403 error — ensure the private app has contact write permissions
- No contact created — member must have an email in GroupCRM
