ConvertKit (Kit)#

Add approved members to a ConvertKit form automatically when they join your Facebook group.

Setup#

1. Go to Integrations in the GroupCRM dashboard
2. Click Connect on the ConvertKit card
3. Paste your API key (Kit → Settings → Developer → API Key)
4. Click Test connection
5. Select the Form to subscribe members to
6. Choose events (recommended: Member Approved)
7. Click Save connection

What gets synced#

• Email address
• First name
• Custom fields: last name, phone, group name, Facebook profile URL

Members without an email are skipped.

Troubleshooting#

• Invalid API key — regenerate in Kit developer settings
• No forms listed — create at least one form in Kit first
• Use Test on the Connected integration card to send a sample contact
