#ActiveCampaign

Sync approved members to an ActiveCampaign list and trigger your automations.

#Setup

1. In ActiveCampaign, go to Settings → Developer
2. Copy your API URL and API Key
3. In GroupCRM → Integrations, click Connect on ActiveCampaign
4. Paste both values and click Test connection
5. Select your List
6. Choose events (recommended: Member Approved)
7. Click Save connection

#What gets synced

• Contact email, first name, last name, phone
• Custom field values for Facebook group and profile URL (when fields exist in your account)
• Contact is assigned to the selected list with Active status

#Troubleshooting

• Connection failed: API URL must match your account region (e.g. https://youraccount.api-us1.com)
• List assignment failed: verify the list ID still exists
• Members without email are skipped
