Mailchimp#
When a member is approved in GroupCRM, their email is added to your chosen Mailchimp audience — with name, phone, and group tags.
Setup#
- Go to Integrations in the GroupCRM dashboard
- Click Connect on the Mailchimp card
- Paste your API key (Mailchimp → Account → Extras → API keys)
- Click Test connection
- Select your Audience (list)
- Choose events (recommended: Member Approved)
- Click Save connection
What gets synced#

Members without an email are skipped (email is extracted from membership question answers when possible).
Troubleshooting#
- No audiences found — confirm your API key is correct and the account has at least one audience
- Member not added — check the member has an email in GroupCRM (Members page)
- Duplicate members — existing subscribers are updated, not duplicated
